LVC yoga is built on a foundation of doing no harm, as well as movement with compassion. Therefore, I offer options as a guide and encourage everyone to listen to their body - choosing what is accessible for them on the day. Every individual will have a unique experience as we move through the poses and it will look different for everyone.
